With just four weeks until the start of 2018 season the pre-season preparations are will underway with another VERY busy week of training.
The week kicked off with two very long days at Addington Manor Equestrian Centre for a bit of showing jumping... Calls us mad but we actually jumped 25 horses over the two days, I have a great support team and they worked incredibly hard making sure all the horses were in the right place, at the right time and turned out immaculately, they really do make my job that little bit easier.
Friday was a day of show jumping lessons with Grant Wilson.
Saturday we took the babies to Summerhouse for the Eventer Challenge, this was the first outing for a couple of the horses and all of them were impeccably behaved. The Eventer Challenge is a really good class for educating the younger horses.
With the younger horses having a few days off, Sunday meant it was the turn of the senior horse and they joined me at the Gallops to stretch their legs with some speed work.
As always a huge thank you to my Sponsors with out who none of this would be possible, the new jumping boots from Horseware have been well used this past week, and all the horses have been enjoying a spot of pampering with the fabulous products NAF provide.
