The rain hasn't stopped the pre season training.

WOW this weather is certainly testing both the team and the horses. Endless rain, wind and a bit of snow thrown in is making the pre season training tough but we are all powering through. Thank goodness for the indoor school!

Regular dressage training has been taking place at home and at other local venues. James has been to a Handful of NZ training day's which have been a great success. Holly has been here there and everywhere, coaching, riding her own horses and riding clients horses. She enjoyed a successful trip to Hickstead to ride some dressage horses as part of a demo.

At the start of the week the whole team ventured to Aston Le Walls to use the all weather arena and get some XC schooling in before the season starts. 12 horses, 2 riders, 2 grooms and 1 little pug. It was a hugely successful day and the horses felt fantastic. Sadly already a handful of events have been cancelled due to the wet ground, we have our fingers crossed that we will be out eventing soon.

The next few weeks are all systems go.. Holly has 1 entered at Oasby at the start of March followed by 2 full days teaching down in Dorset. Then both James and Holly will be taking part in a Demo at hartpury College in aid of Holly's supported charity '#willdoes', before James older horses start their 2020 season.

PLEASE stop raining.
